I’ve been through a lot of doctors in my life, specialists and primary care. Dr. Osten is a fantastic doctor and person. He listens, he understands, he works with you and his staff is amazing as well. FWIW I work for a different hospital system and my costs would be much less if my primary were in that system, but I’m not changing my doctor. I found a great one and I’m not leaving!

Dr Osten took his time to answer all my questions. He is very kind and knowledgeable. I did not feel rushed and genuinely cares about his patients.

Dr. Osten is great, he's a no-nonsense kind of Dr who gives you the news straight and with a 'no-fault-found' delivery. Meaning that he's acknowledging the issue and avoids the "if you'd done THIS instead of THAT". I truly believe enjoy seeing him as he takes the stance of what we're going to do moving forward. Then he lays out a good sensible plan.

I have had Dr. Osten as our family doctor for about six years now. He's great at follow-up, and his recommendations are significant and helpful. He and his assistant reply promptly to my messages via the patient portal, and he discusses the lab results clearly with me. I strongly recommend him to anyone looking for a family doctor.

Dr. Osten is an excellent physician. He always allows sufficient time to ensure he understands and addresses the patient’s needs. I’ve been seeing him for about 5 years. He is attentive, kind, thorough, asks appropriate questions and collaborates with the patient. The staff at this location are excellent too. They are effective and efficient in their duties.

We have been under the care of Dr. Michael J. Osten for well over ten years, and our experience has consistently been excellent. He is exceptionally knowledgeable, takes the time to explain everything clearly, and provides outstanding care. Even though we moved farther away and now have nearly an hour’s drive to his office, we continue to see him because the quality of his care is unmatched. We have tried other physicians before, but none have provided the same level of expertise and results. Dr. Osten is truly an exceptional doctor, and we are very grateful for his care. Dr Osten was wonderful! Great bedside manner - he listened attentively to all my concerns, gave me straight forward answers, and was also funny as a bonus. He gave me the appropriate tests and medication. Very personable and professional at the same time. I'll be sending my husband to see him too.
